ORDERING
- I will aim to despatch your order within 24 hours and I try to catch the 9:00am Royal Mail pick up so your order gets to the depot quickly.
- Your order won't be trackable unless you purchase 24/48 hour tracking at checkout.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
- I accept returns within 14 days. The item must be returned in it's original new condition otherwise I will not issue a refund. Please contact me for the returns address.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
- Any damages need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt otherwise I will not issue a refund/replacement. It is your responsibility to check items when they are delivered in case of breakages.
- I require a photo of packaging and of the damaged item before I issue any refunds/replacements.
- If an item is marked as delivered on the tracking but you haven't received your item, please contact your Royal Mail depot for information.
- If items are delayed please allow 15 working days for 2nd and 1st class before reporting your item is lost. I am a very small business and can't issue refunds or returns unless I am able to claim them back from Royal Mail.
PROMO CODES
- Only one promo code may be used at any one time. The promo code must be applied at checkout before payment and cannot be added afterwards.
